Wireless Broadband Internet Services

The below given packages are based on unlimited data transfer up to given speeds as per our service policy uptime on retail broadband services is 95% so minimum uptime per month will be 95% or more depends on technical feasibility. Tariff updated on 19-Jan-2016 for all new connection.

WIRELESS BROADBAND UNLIMITED PLANS

Security Deposit: Rs 3000, which is refundable at the time of termination of the connection, no interest on security deposit will be given by the company this security deposit is for our Wireless Receiver (CPE).

Note: Installation charges Rs 500 extra on all plans. Service Tax @ 12.36 applicable on all packages.

Note: Above given packages from 10 Mbps to 15 Mbps are for personal use only with maximum 2 systems with internet connection sharing. Packages range from 20 Mbps to 25 Mbps are for commercial use and can be used in office network (LAN) with (ICS) internet connection sharing, customer need to setup the internet connection sharing in their office in order to access internet on multiple systems.

For fixed wireless broadband connection every personal computer should have one free LAN port for our wireless CPE in order to connect to your personal computer and for laptops users we provide USB dongles or Wifi Based CPE to connect to our wireless network.

Service is based on ISM 2.4 GHz & 5.8 GHz band. For fixed wireless connection 5.8 GHz equipment needs to be installed in customer’s premises (building) for installing fixed wireless equipment minimum height required is 25ft from where our distribution node (Base station tower) should be visible, connectivity will be provided from the nearest node all nodes supports distance up to 5 KMs.
